This Garlic Lemon Broccoli dish is not any ordinary broccoli dish. Its simplicity may be deceiving. But try this and I promise the broccoli will disappear in minutes maybe even before it makes it to the table. Adds a delicious twist to one of our favorite vegetables and goes so well with any protein. You can even add a little red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
INGREDIENTS
8 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup olive oil good quality
1/4 cup lemon juice fresh, not bottled
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Steam broccoli until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt in a small blender. Blend until creamy.
Pour the lemon garlic dressing over the broccoli and toss
