Buffalo Cauliflower

This a great recipe for a spicy twist on cauliflower.  It is simple with little effort and you have another way to change up your cauliflower.  Might be a too spicy for the kids but for those of you that like a little heat this is a great recipe.  Serve it with anything that you want to add a spicy element. You can also use a good quality GF free hot sauce instead of cayenne.

INGREDIENTS

1 small-medium head of cauliflower

1 Tbs olive oil or melted ghee

1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Pinch of Salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Cut the cauliflower into florets that are all about the same size and rinse.  Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the cauliflower out evenly in one layer.    Mix the olive oil and cayenne together and spread over the cauliflower,  sprinkle with salt  and then mix it up using your hands to ensure the cauliflower is coated evenly.  Place in the oven for 25 minutes and serve.
